  • Hospitality, Tourism & Accommodations

  • Events, Cultural Arts & Entertainment (including Sporting Events, Concerts, Rodeos, Parades, Convention Centers, Theaters, Museums, Indoor Arenas, etc.)

  • Personal Services (including Barbers, Cosmetologists, Body Artists, Nail Technicians, Massage Therapists, Tanning, etc.)

  • Gyms & Fitness Centers (including Indoor Recreation Centers, Yoga Studios, Dance, Tumbling, Indoor Sports, etc.)

  • Health professionals (Dentists, Orthodontists, Private Physicians, etc.)

2nd Priority: Small businesses that incurred necessary business expenditures due to the COVID-19 public health emergency between March 1, 2020, and May 31, 2020. Necessary expenditures include items such as changes to buildings to encourage social distancing, purchases of personal protective equipment (PPE), cleaning and sanitation supplies, or other COVID-19 related expenditures.

3rd Priority: Small businesses that were significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, such as decreased customer demand, supplier interruptions, voluntary closures, etc.  These grants will be based on the size of the business and changes in the business operations related to COVID-19, considering factors such as employee count, total revenues, and changes in net income, etc. from March 1 through May 31, 2020.
